Real estate: the perfect job for a people person. That's why Josh Paul chose to become a realtor, because not only does he receive the opportunity to meet new faces and see new places, he gets the amazing opportunity to help people on their special journey of finding the perfect home that suits them. "I chose to become a realtor because of how much I love working with people and helping them in their new chapter of life," says Paul. "Putting the client first is my number one priority. It brings me so much joy to help other people."
Paul was born in Fayetteville, North Carolina and has lived here his entire life, along with many generations in his family before him. His father, Luther Paul, is a small business owner in town and has been active in the community since opening his doors in 1996. Venturing from Fayetteville for just a few short years, Paul received his bachelor's degree in marketing from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. During his time at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, he discovered a passion for sales and exemplary customer service, partially from his courses and partially from his internship at a Chevrolet dealership.
Whenever Paul has free time, he enjoys spending time with his family and friends, as well as watching TarHeel Basketball. "I understand the most important things in life are family, friends, love and the relationships you make with other people," he says. "A key reason I wanted to become involved in real estate is for that very reason: to build relationships with people and help people grow and progress in life." Paul also loves giving back to his community. He has been a member of Habitat for Humanity in 2012, and is also a current participant in the annual MS Awareness Walk.
